This can be somewhat confusing. This is not set in Visual Composer.

In your WordPress dashboard, go to Newspaper | Theme Panel.

Then, under MISC, navigate to Block Settings | Meta info on Modules/Blocks

There, you will find options for displaying the Author Name, Date & Comments
